Bali District, New Taipei City｜芭達桑原住民主題餐廳

Love the decor of this place, and at least on the day we went there was live music. The roasted chicken seems to be the star dish: they break it down for you in an aesthetic way, and the meat is wonderfully infused with flavor. We also enjoyed the fried fish skins, stir fried cabbage, and macaroni-esque noodles. Each dish was wonderfully flavored in a way that’s quite different from most Taiwanese cuisine. Highly recommend trying this place out!
