The braised food part seemed to be sold out, but the oden part was still available, so I started selling it! (Really cold and hungry) The boss was very polite, but his service tone was not hypocritical. He was completely non-offensive and polite. When the meal was served, he even gave away a few extra items that were not ordered. Take a sip of soup first to moisten your stomach! The result was amazing, with smooth freshness and sweetness. The boss said that the soup stock is made from vegetables and does not contain MSG. The ingredients before closing turned out to be very chewy. I have never tasted such freshness outside. It is just like cooking it at home. The boss said that the ingredients are replenished every day and the ingredients will not be put back into the refrigerator after they are put out of the refrigerator, so that they can be kept fresh. If you can't sell out all the food at night, you'll eat it yourself as a midnight snack (you can verify this by looking at the boss's figure). I think there is only a bunch of oden that people can wash away their rotten ideas about oden.
