Newly opened place with affordable dishes. The food is actually good! They don't have an English menu but the staff was extremely nice. They learned we were big fans of One Piece (the restaurant is decorated with One Piece merch!), and they gave us souvenirs! And dessert! We are definitely coming back for the excellent food and service.

The clerk is really great. It also helps you save face when you are drunk. Really highly recommend the food is delicious five stars! ! ! !
