Today I ordered the Raw Salmon Don Set for $200 and the Raw Salmon Family Donburi Set for $220. You can choose between regular white rice or vinegar rice. In addition to the main meal, the set meal comes with miso soup and a choice of three side dishes (Japanese lettuce salad, shrimp and asparagus hand rolls, Japanese side dishes) The thickness of the salmon sashimi is very sincere. If you are a friend who lives in Luzhou, you can enjoy salmon sashimi that is almost thick and equally fresh without having to go to Taipei City to import aquatic products. The side dishes included with the rice bowl today include omelette slices, half a kumquat, pickled ginger slices, pickled plums, half a perilla leaf, and shredded raw radish. There is a slight fly in the ointment among these items. If you can recommend a piece of perilla leaf, it will relieve the tiredness, because eating too much vinegar rice will still make it a bit tired. And the pickled plums are sweet, so it is recommended that they be a little more sour to match the overall taste. Hand rolls must be enjoyed as soon as they are served!!! This will prevent the seaweed from getting wet and affecting the taste. The shrimps are of normal size, not too small or empty, and there is not too much salad, so they are easy to eat. For the Japanese lettuce salad, it is recommended to replace the green bitter melon with other vegetables. This is not because I hate bitter melon, but because it tastes hard and difficult to eat. The miso soup contains tofu, kelp, cabbage, and some fish. It is a very fresh and sweet miso soup with just the right seasoning, but it would be better if the soup was hotter!
