I decided to go to Nagahama the day before, and it was the first time I went to Nagahama. I was lucky to make an appointment with Xiaowu, and I had the opportunity to know the real and original taste of Nagahama through the simple local ingredients. Walking into Xiaowu at noon, it is a natural space made of wood, rattan, and green plants, without any hypocrisy, just like the Changbin people greeted with the fullest smile, which is touching and sincere. The menu on the table may be the warmest description I have ever seen. It is respect and care for the guests. It describes the ingredients of each dish in detail, such as the white shrimp farmed in Nagahama, and the local specialties. Ina pepper, you can clearly imagine the taste. Let me talk about my impressions. This time I ordered fried seafood pasta, because I was greedy to taste all kinds of seafood. Sure enough, it made my eyes widen and the corners of my mouth raised, oh~ cool! It was like seeing a wonderful and unique show. White shrimp, clams, king oyster mushrooms, and noodles all show their original appearance without reservation, just like the people in Nagahama who are confidently the masters of their own lives. Healthy and plump clams are like salty sea water washed ashore in the mouth. This pure and energetic taste is unique to the coastline. It's been a long time since I ate a meal with the mood of tasting like this. Xiao Wu showed us that we can really use our own power, live with nature and live well, and become what we want to be.

What I still miss after leaving the east is the little witch by the sea! Walking through the bamboo shed seems to have entered another space, and there are two cute puppies to greet you, but you are not allowed to read the menu, you can only watch her and touch her 😍 I was resting at the previous store, but when I checked out Xiao Wu, and it happened to be a business day, I felt I had to visit. I had already eaten that day, so it was a pity that I couldn't experience the main meal, but I still chose a dessert and a drink. Marsala spiced roasted bruschetta: rich but moderate aroma, rich but smooth taste Sea Salt Cheese Milk Cap Red Oolong: Smooth and not astringent, it goes well with the milk cap. It is the smoothest red oolong I have ever tasted in the East. The pure tea that was also received is also very delicious. I gave up the fashionable air-conditioned cafe that day and went to experience the natural and warm hand-made environment. I have no regrets at all. I will definitely visit again next time I go to the East👍🏻 I’m really afraid that too many people will know about it, and I’m afraid that I won’t be able to enjoy it exclusively in the future, but I still want to give the store the most sincere feedback. I hope that Xiaowu can always accompany me on my trips to the east and put it on my must-visit list every time❤️
