More Comments at Google Mapif Tamagoyaki nigiri sushi is 100 points Grilled beef nigiri sushi is 0 points Then Zao Shokudo’s Tamagoyaki nigiri is too sweet. ————————————— Very high CP value It took the three of us to eat 1130 And they were all very full Each nigiri sushi is generously portioned The thickness of the sashimi is also very impressive👍👍👍 It’s also very fresh and you can taste the sweetness of the fish. The only drawback is that the rice is not sour enough And the taste is too hard Also relatively loose The fried tofu may not be fried enough Soft taste And the sauce tastes too bland Saury grilled just right The meat is not too hard, the skin is crispy, and it tastes delicious. Chicken meatballs are awesome❤️❤️❤️ In addition to chicken, chicken cartilage is added to increase the taste. And the chicken meat still retains the juice inside. Add the mentaiko mayonnaise on top Awesome👍👍👍 The performance of fried sushi is not as impressive as others Deep-fried whole sushi rice noodles Seaweed becomes more fragrant after being fried Rice also increases the taste But the meat floss inside is a bit disappointing XDD Grilled rice balls are also delicious After roasting the sesame seeds on top Full of aroma It's stuffed with cheese and salmon. But the salmon flavor was mostly covered up by the cheese The cheese tastes really strong I like the softness and hardness of the tamagoyaki in Mentaiko Tamagoyaki. Moreover, the sweetness of Tamagoyaki itself is not cloying. Mentaiko mayonnaise acid is used to highlight the sweetness of Tamagoyaki The smell of mentaiko is not very strong It’s light and doesn’t take away from the flavor of Tamagoyaki.
Thank you, Google, for helping us find this place. We loved it. I’m no expert, but the miso soup was very flavorful and tasted more like what I had in Japan (not as sweet as Taiwan). The “caterpillar” roll was our favorite. Probably not authentic Japanese, but was stuffed with tempura shrimp and potato and was so yummy that we want to go back and each get our own order. Also, the homemade(?) pickled ginger is delicious.
An izakaya with high CP value🏮
