Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜吉田法式鐵板燒

I live in the USA but visit Taiwan regularly. One of the restaurants I frequent in Taipei is Prime for their teppanyaki. As a Caucasian, I enjoy interacting with the restaurant staff and owners, and learning about them and the foods they prepare. The imported ingredients are the highest quality. The taste of each item is subtle and delicious, exemplified in the pumpkin soup. You find yourself “mmm’g” with satisfaction as you eat your entree, whether it is the Wagyu beef, fresh Australian lobster, or Hokkaido scallops, all of which are skillfully prepared and presented. After the meal, you find yourself thinking “This is what a meal is supposed to taste like”. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.
