Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜Shin Yeh Bistro Global Mall Zhonghe Restaurant

The store is located at the corner of the fourth floor. My wife and I came on a Friday evening, it wasn’t too crowded but the staffs looked exhausted which is understandable during ending shift. The foods were delicious we ordered more than we needed, but it was well worth it since the foods would still be good the next day after the doggy bag. The downsides are that bathrooms are located in a shared compartment like most other Taiwan malls are. And the spacing aren’t as great because you can easily by disturbed by other customers who are acting drunk and taking loud inside the restaurant. Overall the experience was fair but could improve a slight bit with the service and interior design to exceed its value.

Eat at Xin Ye Xiaoju on New Year’s Eve. The ingredients are very high-end and the price is right. There are mullet roe, grouper, scallops, scallops, abalone, lobster, eel, red kale, and there are snow clams in the chicken soup. The seasoning is just right, no Too salty or too bland, the service staff are also very kind, thank them for sacrificing their time for the New Year’s Eve dinner to serve everyone😊 Everyone is very satisfied with the food today, and will continue to support in the future❤️
