There’s something about these stalls that have been cooking traditional foods for decades that make you focus so deeply in the moment. Visually, there’s the dripping chicken fat, the vibrant greens of the local vegetables. Then there’s the wafts of ginger from the clam soup. And texturally, the crunch of the chicken skin, with the soft tender meat. In the summers they keep their windows open where right outside you can see the beach and hear the people. We can’t take these stalls for granted. An inexpensive place, we ordered a full chicken, 4 plates of vegetables, fried tofu, and clam soup to feed 5 people for just 1500nt. Includes unlimited rice.

The roasted chicken was amazing, they were tender and juicy, the texture and flavor were also really good 👍, the other dishes also tasted yummy, I will come back again.

Friendly staff and unique food! Got a free portion of smelly tofu from the staff as well! The crispy chicken is tender and juicy than I expected it would be, awesome!
