Chai Fantian is a branch on Jiankang Road. For a while, the daughter of the old boss was the owner of the store, and later it was his son. The young boss is very kind and hardworking. It's an affordable restaurant, but the inside is really bright and clean, making it a good place to entertain guests. The food was very good. Such as tripod meat, it melts in your mouth when cooked, and it is really delicious when paired with slices of fried steamed buns!

If your a foreigner that wants to know what that family style American Chinese restaurant you are custom to at home would be like if it was authentic this is a good place. Also has a little Hong Kong style and Hakkanese style. Clam soup is the best here and I also recommend the eggplant.
