Fried rice is great !! Not oily nor salty

The store is right next to the Fuxing Station MRT Station, just one or two steps away. I ordered fried rice with shrimps. The chef fried the rice grains clearly and shiny. I don’t know how to do it. It looks different from the fried rice sold outside. 😄
