The seared salmon bowl is good, the meat is sweet and tender, with a charming oily aroma and a slightly burnt aroma in the mouth. The vinegar rice is chewy and refreshing, and you are still left wanting after finishing the meal. The signature caterpillar sushi is also delicious, but personally I don’t think it’s particularly memorable. The dining space inside the store is quite small, but the store still pays attention to the decoration. It should be more delicious to visit during off-peak hours.
