Certainly the beast and the best as winter food! Tasty and warm! Try to ask for rice wine to pour into the soup to cook together, it improved the flavor dimension soooo much!

Ginger duck hotpot on a cold raining day. Paired with Taiwan beer, whats more enjoyable than that.
