Has 4-5 floors, nice to have a view over the intersection and Beitou garden. 3rd floor is decorated for birthday. Seat for breakfast at TWD 99. Good service! Just note for those coming too early, not many shops are open earlier than 11am, so only fast foods like McDonald, KFC, Yoshiyana, etc.

Friendly staff, patient and understanding even though I can't speak chinese.
