The menu is very rich, and it deserves to be a 1-star restaurant in Taiwan's Michelin rating in 2018. When ordering, the Prime Minister will assist you with your order, and will give you many suggestions, such as which dishes are better today, and which dishes are famous but not famous. Recommended, there are eight of us in total, and we ordered almost 10 dishes, including fried rice with cured meat, custard quicksand buns, sliced roast duck, baked papaya with seafood, and stir-fried shredded pork with dried tofu. Every dish is really delicious. It’s amazing that the name of the dish seems to be ordinary, but it can be made into such a dish. What’s more important is that there is no MSG added at all. The Prime Minister of Dasanyuan said that their entire restaurant insists on not adding MSG, so that it tastes the most natural and the best. Healthy, when Michelin just announced that Dasan Yuan was a one-star restaurant, I immediately made a reservation and rushed to eat there. The whole restaurant was crowded, many food critics went to eat, and even foreigners came to taste it. The special thing is that she eats three kinds of sliced-skin roast duck. The first one is the sliced-skin roast duck with buckwheat roll skin, scallions and sweet sauce. It tastes very good. The second one is the sliced-skin duck alone. This classic Cantonese restaurant has been open for half a century and it just keeps getting better! The original owner still sits at the counter everyday since the 1970’s. It’s part of many Taipeiers childhood memories, and still a place that the locals love.
