Shimen District, New Taipei City｜Xiong Mama Seafood Restaurant

Excellent place to eat fresh seafood. We picked all our main ingredients while they were still alive at the fish market across! Then we drove up to this restaurant where they cooked it all to our liking. I was lucky to have family who speak the language. But I definitely recommend to stop here and try good quality seafood.

Cute little mom and pop restaurant by the ocean. Super fresh seafood! Yes it's older looking and you won't get Michelin service, but I'll take this fresh, delish seafood a day

I gave this place a 5 star for the following reasons. Clean and nicely decorated, very clean bathrooms, powerful air condition and the freshest seafood . After selecting your seafood, price and preparing fees are add in front of you unlike the nearby restaurants , an extra fee is added when you get to the counter，the dishes are delicious.
