A snack bar that only sells cold noodles and miso soup. It has been with me growing up for nearly forty years. From a food stall to the current store that has been relocated here, for me, this is more than just a cold noodle shop, it is a haven that soothes the soul. The noodle body is thicker than other cold noodles on the market, and the texture is very satisfying. The sauce is not complicated, just soy sauce, vinegar, sugar water, garlic sauce, homemade sesame sauce, mustard, and homemade chili oil according to personal taste, plus fresh and crisp cucumber shreds, a simple but not simple delicious dish is served. You can tell the boss the thickness of the sauce and customize it according to your own preferences, which is very touching. To be precise, there are three bosses, my mother and my brother and sister. Because we do business with a grateful heart, the bosses are very polite, especially my mother, whose attitude of treating customers as benefactors is really touching. The current store is relatively long and narrow, and the internal space is a bit crowded, but we still try our best to keep it tidy. Because I have been a neighbor for more than 30 years, I know that the store pays attention to the quality and processing of ingredients, which makes the food reassuring. Nowadays, it is very rare to find such a cheap, delicious and friendly restaurant in Taipei City.

I have eaten the most appetizing cold noodles at a reasonable price in Taipei. She used to set up a stall at the morning market at the South Airport, and she had to queue up to get them.
