The store's service is friendly but not overly intimate, and the chef's craftsmanship and the freshness of the ingredients are satisfactory. The layout of the scene is also very good and does not give off an embarrassing fake atmosphere. And because we were bringing our underage daughter with us during this visit, we asked the chef to cook an unseasoned cooked meal for us. As a result, we were served a bowl of mixed seafood that was so fresh and sweet just from the smell, and we called our daughter directly. I was so lucky, and when I checked out afterwards, Fa Xian left out this item. The counter said it was served by the chef, which was really touching. Although the price is on the high side, I think regardless of the cooking skills, ingredients, service, and ambience, the price is really reasonable. I highly recommend everyone to come here and try it out.

Today I ordered seafood donburi and nigiri sushi to satisfy my sudden craving for Japanese food. Sit comfortably in front of the plate and enjoy the delicious food ~ It’s great to have Nishiki deer near my home XD This time I helped my family celebrate their birthday. You estimate your own budget and ask the boss to match the nigiri sushi combinations. Each dish is different and amazing. I want to order the limited edition next time~~~ I’m sorry, boss.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Taipei, and by far the best at the price point. Starting set menu is just ~1680, but includes many of the expensive, premium ingredients. Preparation is meticulous, food is expertly cut/cooked/plated/prepared. Some dishes are classics, and some are unique preparations created by the chefs here. Plates keep coming and coming, with an average cost less than 150TWD, it's an unbelievably great deal. What a treat it is to have such an amazing restaurant in the Zhong/Yonghe area! If you live around here and enjoy Japanese food, try it and you'll probably become a regular. Even if you don't live around here, it's worth a trip to try!
