I enjoyed Touch Café's cozy feel, music, and a friendly staff. My Chinese is very limited but they were able to provide an English menu and service. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken caesar salad I ordered.

Really nice atmosphere and good food. A bit on the pricey side. They have English menus as well.
