Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Hong Kong-style seafood Dragon Master

Arrived 15 minutes before they opened. I asked for a chair be placed outside so I could sit and wait. My request was promptly and gladly met. The food are not mind blowing but they’re great and quite fresh. The lobster and the crabs are filled with roe, yummy! The fish was steamed to perfection, the fish skin very gelatinously smooth and soft :-) The rice course was not oily as was usually done at other Cantonese-style restaurants. I would prefer the shrimp skin to be crispier than what they served. A word of warning, their hot sauce is really hot. My scalp was prickly after just tasting a drop of the hot sauce.
