Shilin District, Taipei City｜Hai You Pork Ribs

I liked it. The soup base is not so strong compared to Malaysia. But nice. Taiwan equivalent. Hey, when in Rome... Place is efficient. Nice and friendly, even with a big crowd. The queue is there but moves quickly.

Definitely one of the must-trys when visiting Shilin Night market, we ordered the pork ribs and Lu Rou Fan and both were surprisingly good and yummy. Initially expected the pork ribs to taste like the herbal type of Bak Kut Teh, but it's much lighter. Even so, it tasted really savoury! Lu Rou Fan was also nicely cooked, though as per its price (iirc, 40TWD), wldnt be sufficient as a proper meal

Good and efficient service. Serve main item is pork ribs soup. Soup is boiled with Chinese medicinal herbs and taste good with rulou fan. Highly recommended!!
