Shilin District, Taipei City｜Good Friend Cold Noodles

This place can be a bit hard to find buried within the depths of Shilin Night Market, but the cold noodles are worth it! The balances of flavors is on point, and this reminds me of the cold sesame noodles my grandpa used to make every summer. It is worthy of its Michelin Bib Gourmand status. Service was friendly, and it's cheap. Would definitely recommend!

Noodle is cold and assuming but once you mix it with sauce, its flavorful. Recommend the miso soup with egg drop too. Very lovely combination as the soup is hot and if you are not used to eating cold food, the combination is nice

Really good Liang mian. The first 2 bites tasted ordinary but towards the end the taste of the other ingredients got more apparent and added depth to the simple dish. Queue wasn't long on a weekend...about 15mins
