I always like to eat hot pot at Tian Guo Yan. It is really difficult for the guests who have eaten here to give it a low score. First of all, its CP value is very high. Tianguo No. 1, 2 and 3 are meat + seafood with different combinations. Meat options include Snowflake Beef Filet Beef Short Rib Beef Lamb Matsusaka Meat Bacon Pork and two different kinds of chicken etc... There are more choices of seafood, and Guangtianguo No. 2 has up to ten kinds of seafood ingredients. The content includes small rolls of grass carp, snapper, clams, fresh oysters, smoked scallops, nine-hole live shrimp, prawns, etc... The live prawns are really alive and kicking and dying, and the nine holes will even shrink in front of them all the time... I call it Tianguo No. 2, and then upgrade the big meat. This is 770 yuan (no service charge) Dishes + seafood + big meat, absolutely full. If you are not satisfied, there are also different set meals and a la carte options such as Boston lobster, offshore lobster, red crab, scallop, and deep-sea fish. The quality of the meat has nothing to do with the freshness of the seafood. The meat is bright in color, moderate in fat and thin. The snowflake beef is slightly blanched and put into the mouth, full of umami, full of fragrance, extremely soft and tender. Seafood is all sweet and rich in taste. In addition, there is an unlimited supply of beverages and dessert ice products, which change with the seasons. Dark plum juice, milk tea, and various soft drinks are the basic equipment.
