More Comments at Google MapI wish I could invite more people to enjoy the Haka meal together with me. Have been craving for authentic Haka cuisine for a long time. Once I was out of quarantine soon I met with my mates here for a great Haka lunch. We ordered a few signature plates, the bamboo, the pork tripe, mixture stir fry and of course my favourite Taiwan beer 🍻 Good deal of price, definitely perfect for any purpose of gathering.
An old shop that is more than ten years old, the interior decoration is a bit old, and the lighting is slightly dim. The price is fairly reasonable. Guests use black chopsticks, and each dish is accompanied by red serving chopsticks to distinguish them. Salt-baked chicken, 280 yuan, tender and delicious, a must-order dish, it is delicious without sauce, and it is even more delicious when paired with Hakka orange sauce. Pork with dried plums, 250 yuan, not very salty, and there is no taste of dried plums, but it is still a meal. Fried flower rolls, two 100 yuan, similar to silver rolls, but twisted several times, unlike silver rolls, only the outer circle of the middle section is fried. Jinsha wild bamboo shoots, stir-fried seasonal vegetables. There is fruit after the meal. The lady who ordered the dishes is very good, she will not keep promoting the dishes, she will take the initiative to say that it is almost enough, and if it is not enough, I will add more, "Just do it." There are also set dishes, which are suitable for table dishes for 10 people, starting at 6,000 yuan.
The food was exceptional. Quite traditional. Not fancy, but just good food. The menu was written in Chinese but we got the help of a local.
