Depends on what you order, you can get some with very responsible prices or on the higher side for fancy dishes. Portion was gracious, food was full flavor, highly recommend stir fried clams dish & the chicken roll. The rice that comes with the steamed crab is a meal for 2 on its own and very delicious with or without the crab.
Traditional Taiwanese cuisine with round table with shared dishes with friends. Quite a lot of Japanese customers. Crab 🦀 with sticky rice is delicious, as well as pineapple 🍍 prawn 🦐 balls. Reservations highly recommended. Great experience for good Taiwanese food. English menu available
This restaurant is a perfect introduction to Taiwanese cuisine for those travelling with their partner, friends or family. A way to know if a restaurant is good, is for there to be more locals than foreigners, and this restaurant is one of those. You are greeted with a warm, respectful and lively atmosphere upon entering the restaurant. It is loud but with room enough to talk and enjoy one another’s company without any issues. The service is friendly, caring, and personal, with everything running smoothly. The menu has a large variety of different options, all with pictures and english names. The staff are also more than happy to make recommendations to help you along if you are still uncertain. My favourite dishes were personally the ‘Special Fried Spare Rib’ and the ‘Special Crab Rice’. They are as special as their names imply and I still find myself thinking of them even after a day has passed. After eating all of the food we ordered, we were pleasantly surprised by hot tea, fresh watermelon and mango, as well as a ‘Deep Fried Taro Ball’. All of which were a perfect way to finish what could only be described as a perfect introduction to Taiwanese cuisine and a perfect introduction to the kindness of the Taiwanese. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone, that they should enjoy a meal at this wonderful restaurant.
