For me who ate for the first time, I think it is very good, it is a very happy dining experience, The bad thing is that I came with regular customers, He said that when he came to eat two months ago, The dishes are almost the same, But no udon, oysters, sea bream Some are lobster, sea urchin In fact, there are lobsters this time too, but they have to be purchased in the form of additional purchases (800 for one), and I feel that there is a difference in treatment compared to last time... The wild mushroom steamed egg is relatively light, with a light taste of mushrooms, it is a very good appetizer (7 points) 2. The Japanese-style abalone brings the taste level to a higher level, the ingredients are well processed, and the cabbage below is also delicious (7.5 points) 3. Seaweed scallops are very fresh. The chef said they are non-frozen scallops. Due to refrigerated storage, the scallops can only be enjoyed for two days. It is a very good dish (9 points) 4. The taste of the red sea bream in soup is very ordinary, and the ingredients are not handled well. Two of the three pieces of sea bream have tendons, and the taste is extremely bad. I almost thought that what I ate was chewing gum⋯⋯ (2 minutes) 5. Hiroshima oysters have a bad impression of the previous dish. Although the taste is salty, it is very suitable for my appetite. Superb! No other words to describe the his place but superb. Everything is done right and prepared to perfection. From the moment walking in you know you would be in good hands. From Seafood to beef, all top stuff with fine dinning techniques. Service is also nice and staff are well trained. This restaurant is on the top of my list when it come to tapanyaki for sure.
