The set comes with the unlimited salad bar where we can prawn, salmon and variety of vegetables, nuts, cheeses, fruits,... Main dishes are pan-fried beef+salmon+shrimp risotto, all delicious, the only negative point is the steak, a bit too hard to chew.. for the doneness of medium rare The service in the restaurant is quite nice but the staff standing at first floor looks a bit inpatient... As a time-honored restaurant, Grand Shan is a familiar name, but the steakhouse is a newcomer. This time I tried the surf and turf combo, with American special rib eye steak and grilled lobster tail. The portion is just right and will not affect the main course that follows. Choose five-minute rib eye steak, which is soft and tender, melting in your mouth without losing the smell of charcoal grilling. The aroma of rosemary is wrapped in the outer skin, which is quite high quality. The lobster tail is elastic, sweet and quite fresh. Mainly The dishes are very good and can indeed rival the king's. The ingredients used in the buffet bar are also very sincere, especially various cheeses (especially blue cheese, which is rarely provided in restaurants), ham, and biscuits.
