Excellent spot for Japanese beef and pork bowls, each quite customizable, from order size and amount of rice, to what sides and garnishes you'd like added or excluded. While the latter are more clear-cut, the former can be pretty confusing to newcomers, but think of it as the amount of protein is controlled by order size, while rice is... rice amount. Thermoses full of broth are served alongside your donburi, along with a smattering of condiments as well. You can drink the broth directly, or combine that and the condiments in to your bowl to turn it into an ochazuke dish: as their food is more lightly seasoned than most places, this is a great way to customize and add more flavor. Seating is incredibly limited, though most diners seem to be pretty no-nonsense and leave pretty soon after eating, so you won't wait too long for a table. Still, I definitely saw more people doing take out than dine in.

Best Gyudon in town for sure!! I love how you can modify your bowl with amount of meat and rice! Also you can make chazuke with the dashi stock they provided!!! Will sure be back again!!!
