5 stars well deserved. very delicious and inexpensive HK dim sum restaurant where the shop hand made most of their dishes, reddish cake is so soft and fluffy and you can taste roast pork bits in almost every bite. Not overly salty or greasy. Owner is very friendly and attentive, I will definitely come back again for more.

This is a family run joint with about 7 tables by a HK Chef. I suggest better to reserve tables. You have huge variety of selection and all cooked by him! Food: 1) Beef Horfun: superb! Every piece of horfun is coated, textured and juicy! 2) Salted Fish Chicken Fried Rice: superb! Maybe it’s the taiwan rice, it’s flavorful! Also, ask for white pepper and sprinkle generously, you won’t regret. 3) XO fried instant noodle: my taiwanese friends loved it. I find it normal. 4) Daily Soup: at TWD60, I expect it to Be a small bowl. Wrong! This can be shared by 2/3 pax! Worth it! 5) Crispy Chicken: skin is good but a bit dry for me. 6) Garlic Fried Beancurd: average and nice. 7) Claypot Taro and Spare ribs: average for me. 8) Spare Ribs: not my thing. 9) Stir fried Kai lan: fresh and normal 10) Dim Sum: Carrot Cake 5/5, Chicken Feet : I didn’t try (?/5), fried beancurd skin: 5/5, Chestnut spring roll 5/5, salted egg bun 4/5, mixed Siew Mai: 3/5 Getting there: it’s a few minutes walk from Xin Tian Gong Station. Driving seems to be a nightmare as I have a partner who took 45 mins to find parking lots. Overall bill: TWD1890! It’s really worth it! I heard the porridge is a must try too.
