Came here for brunch on a Monday and it was 90% full. Remember to book in advance. We had a salmon set and a pork chop set, and both were great. I prefer the salmon over pork because the marinade and seasoning of the pork is more like Taiwanese flavour than western one that goes with salad and bread etc., but the texture was great. It’s slightly on a pricey side for brunch, but given the quality and portion it is acceptable. 10% service charge required, so we ended up spending 1000+ for two people.

Very many tables But not enough manpower Although it is in trial operation But the speed of cooking in the kitchen is super slow~~~ The first meal took 30 minutes to wait, which was acceptable. The food was worth the wait😏 Mexican biscuits with fried pork, it is a very good dish to go with rice (although there is no rice), the portion is small, but the taste itself is very rich, and the spiciness is enough. Eat it with the biscuits, it is so spicy that it is worth recommending this dish😋 But it may Not full..😅 Then another 10 minutes passed before the second meal was served ~ okok, it’s okay Bei Yi Seasonal Vegetable Poached Egg Grilled Salmon. I highly recommend this dish. Two pieces of salmon are stacked on top of each other, and are filled with a variety of rich fruits and vegetables (of course, some of my favorite avocados 😍). On top are sprinkled with chunks of tomatoes, onions, etc. Then top it with some condiments and pair it with a perfect poached egg. It’s not only delicious but also very filling. Highly recommend. I thought that the second and third portions were the same, even if they weren't served together, they would be separated by a while...but...we had to wait another 20 minutes...the same dish. 😒 The last meal was about 1hrs and 10 minutes after we were seated... Then we watched the last person eat...😂😂 The grilled sirloin steak has a very good meat texture. Although the beef is cold and the iron plate is not hot, the meat is delicious😤😤 Take this, dessert~~~~ Apple cinnamon rolls, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, highly recommended! ! (I don’t like the smell of cinnamon, but this is great, a must-try) Maple Cream Soufflé has a soft but solid texture. The original flavor is fragrant and delicious. You can also try scooping a little maple cream into the soufflé sandwich, and then cut it open, and gold will flow out. Yellow liquid, tastes salty and sweet, not bad😋 Drinks... I said it would be served before the meal, but I waited until after the cinnamon cake was served. The Earl Gray milk tea was super fragrant, recommended... (I didn't order the iced latte this time. I'll try it again if I have a chance...) The environment and atmosphere are great. The sun shines through the large lattice windows. Sitting on the sofa in front of you, the whole thing is very lazy. The environment is also comfortable, creating a small European atmosphere. Overall for the food I give you 4.5 stars.... If it weren’t for the food, I’d give you 2 stars with Corgi😍😍😤😤

Love ombré soooooo much. The meals are absolutely amazing, tasty, and smell. The restaurant is decorated comfortable and classical. The flavor of appetizers and main dishes are strong and would be such a great idea to pair with wine or a cocktail. I highly recommend the appetizer, shrimps with mushrooms in spices, this dish will notify your stomach to be ready for a great dinner moment. Last but not the least, the waitresses here are kind and are happy to take photos for customers. I have a great time with my family and next time I will bring my friends here!
