More Comments at Google MapI saw this place go from a tiny stall at the corner of an intersection to a slightly bigger stall, then to a large stall that covered the corner, to a store front. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years, and it is still the amazing quality that makes it the best fried chicken place I’ve had. The original chicken is impeccably seasoned, fried, and tender. They expanded the menu over the years to an astounding array of selection. For me, the old favorites of tempura, turnip cake, pig’s blood cake, and of course the fried chicken still reign supreme.
This my countless visit to this deep fried “healer stall” and as no surprise, the food is delicious. The place has an ISO standard on the whole cooking process to ensure consistency in food quality and safety. The 鹽酥雞 is to die for as it is the bone-less variant which I personally consider it to be one of the best in TPE.
The chicken is carefully processed/marinated, and it is delicious to eat directly! If the taste is relatively light, you can choose not to add pepper and salt, and there will be additional salt and pepper packets and chili powder for you to add~ Chicken cartilage, salted crispy chicken, sweet and spicy are all must-order items! You can also try the fried milkfish sticks~ Although it is fried, the fried oil is very clean! After eating, there is no whole puddle of oil in the paper bag! There are also many creative ingredients: . Fried apples, fried Oreo, etc. The way to order food is also very interesting, by drawing answer cards! If you have been away from school for too long, you can revisit it XD! The environment is clean and bright ~ this is my favorite salted crispy chicken! I often drive all the way to satisfy my gluttony because I miss their crispy salted chicken.
