All vegi menu, chef is creative and staff is friendly, unexpectedly wonderful taste of various sorts of greens. Tea pairing is amazing harmonized with dishes.

My fiancé took me here to celebrate my birthday and we were both super impressed by the food and service at Embers. As someone who struggles to find a fine dining place to eat due to my unfortunate dairy allergy, the staff at Embers took my food allergy seriously and made my meal completely dairy-free 😭💜 I’m very thankful that the restaurant tailored the dishes to my needs and every single dishes was lovely. Certain dishes tasted super creamy and buttery even when it’s dairy free. Highly recommend this place!

I feel this restaurant is completely underrated. Hence the 5 stars. It is tapas style , Taiwanese ingredient themed. Excellent service - though i prefer slower explaination- and nice ambience. The food may be a bit more “exotic” than one would experience in European restaurants. But the spirit of experimentation /creation is what I enjoyed. I find this better than many of the 1 starred Michelin I went to. (Well the taste is also nice!) My main complain would be the ordering of some dishes, where some lighter dishes are put in places where it would be almost tasteless; there are also a little too many dishes. Lastly there is a very interesting nonalcoholic tasting which I strongly recommend
