Beat Ramen (collagen pork broth) in Wenshan District! Best Katsu Don!! Flavors are on the savory side but it does hit the spot ( aka make you feel satisfied.) This is my goto Ramen for Take Out.

Food in the alleys~~~Comfortable environment~~Friendly service~~ Delicious golden eggs, fried tofu that is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the highlight is the tonkotsu pork chop ramen~~ It has a rich soup, springy noodles, and crispy and tender pork chops...a delicacy worth going back again and again! !
