Minced Pork With Chives, Century Eggs & Chopped Chilies: I know it sounds horrible but, trust me, you won’t be horrified by the taste of century eggs (it is barely noticeable!) 2. Peeled Chili Pepper Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp: this combination of the texture and flavor are just spot on and harmony. Please try it unless you are allergy to shrimp. The minimum charge is $800 NTD per person.
