Xinyi District, Taipei City｜KiKi Eslite Xinyi Restaurant

What a treat! Sichuan / Taiwanese restaurant where every dish just hit the spot. The cold poached spicy chicken was so savory & good, the tofu was light and tasty, fried vegetables left us wondering how we could recreate it at home. We ordered quite a lot and were worried that we might not be able to finish our meal, but we did because the food was just too good. It was a nice change for us in contrast with eating out at night markets, and honestly for this level of service, plating and ambience, so worth it. We arrived late in the evening without a reservation, and managed to snag a table relatively quickly by putting ourselves in the virtual queue.

Fast service, good food. We believe the fish was not as spicy as it should be, probably because we are caucasian. But the experience was good
