Eating in Hualien? Then this restaurant is the place to go. George's Teppanyaki is excellent and the homemade kitchen touch is hard to beat. The tofu with Mackerel and prawns on top was flavorful, not overdone and melted in the mouth. Duck was well prepared with another homemade red wine sauce. The whole group loved the menu items all around. Definitely worth a visit to this small restaurant in Hualien.

There is a teppanyaki restaurant at the corner of the traditional market with no decoration but persistence in food and friendly service. In addition to the delicacies on the menu, you must try the no-menu dishes if you have the opportunity. There are many variations and ingenuity. You should not find the second one in Hualien.

Was taken here on a tour of the national park and couldn’t have been more amazed at the quality and craftsmanship in this restaurant. From the egg to the salad to the shrimp and tofu appetizer this is a must stop when you’re in the area!!
