Xinyi District, Taipei City｜Saffron 46

One of the best Indian restaurant I’ve had. We asked a male stuff to recommend us some wine that would pair well with lamb and also recommendation for curry. He did a perfect job, we ended up ordering a second glass of wine.

SAFFRON located at 46F of Nanshan Plaza, cross the street of Taipei 101. The window is right face Taipei 101 and offer a great view to see the skyscraper and the skyline of Taipei city. Not only the views are amazing, the India cuisine offered at SAFFRON is also great and rank as one of the best India dishes at Taipei. Of course, prices are also at high grade but worth the money for special celebrations. The dessert Honey Bee is very special with a mockup honey bee at top of the cake.

For me dining here was an amazing experience, I loved everything from the view to the service to the food, it all deserves a perfect 10. We ordered the set for two people which had about 5 dishes plus the dessert and it was perfect. My favorite dish was the kashmiri rogan josh, it was so good I couldn’t stop eating even though I was already full. The meals are a bit pricey for an average person but it’s all worth it.
