Wenshan District, Taipei City｜Longya Tea House

Love the vibe of this place, felt like in a rain forrest 😊 amazing tea 🍵 and overall great place to relax. Also the cat was cute 😁

I highly recommend visiting this beautiful, hidden tea house in MaoKong! After our gondola ride, we took the mini bus and walked a short distance to the tea house entrance. As we walked down a short path, we felt transported to a magical garden situated near a stream. We were the only guests and had such a peaceful experience compared to the nearby crowded tea houses (around 11am). The family who owns the place were so welcoming even though we don’t speak Mandarin. The woman who works there was able to communicate to my wife in Cantonese. Order the tea noodles and tieguanyin tea which is grown there.

Beautiful tea house with large garden next to a small creek. Calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. Owner is very friendly and helpful, reasonable prices for tea too. Will definitely go back!
