Simple. Delicious. Exactly what I wanted after a day of hiking.

This place does home made green onion pancakes. Each one is fluffy, chewy, and delicious. You are only asked two questions: do you want egg or not and do you want it spicy of not. The old couple that own it are from Sichuan, China and the spicy sauce is unapologetically spicy and salty. Great snack for a great price, I cannot recommend it more.
