This restaurant is famous for authentic Italian cuisine, and serves freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Everything was outstanding!! Both the grilled tuna and the grilled shrimp were mind-blowing starters. Other highlights included the silverfish rolls stuffed with smoked cheese , and the black ink cuttlefish stewed with tomato. The semifreddo and a cup of espresso perfectly concluded this wonderful meal. Really looking forward to the next visit!! Recommended by the Michelin Plate Review in 2020 and 2021, two dishes, "Grilled White Hairtail Rolled with Smoked Cheese" and "Fan Beef Sliced ​​with Hot Anchovy in Olive Oil", were selected for the 2021 500 Plate List. This time I was lucky enough to taste the white rice. Hairtail smoked cheese, quite special and delicious! Although there are only the chef couple and one in-house staff in the entire restaurant, it is still managed in an orderly manner, the dining environment and atmosphere are comfortable, and the food is authentic, and you can feel the chef's passion and persistence in cooking! There are currently nine dishes in the no-menu set menu, and each dish is delicious. The one that impressed me the most was the "Stewed Cuttlefish and Emperor Beans". The stewed cuttlefish and tomatoes are more sweet and refreshing. I have never tasted such a combination. , like it very much! The dessert "Sicilian Almond Sorbet" won my heart with its cold texture and caramelized almond particles. With a cup of freshly brewed espresso, it was a wonderful meal!

I admire this young couple. They are really picky on their ingredients and only serve the best to their customers. I highly recommend their hairtail with cheese, so milky and heavenly good. Can’t be found anywhere else. This season they also serve white asparagus with a soft boiled poached egg, simple but magical. There are so many other dishes that wow me every single time I visit. Also their wine list is amazing! Great wine pairing with great food.

You must be out of your mind to rate this place anything less than 5 stars. The seafood is fresh and made to perfection. The grilled lobster over crab meat sauce.....simply ridiculous!!!!! But don’t assume Pasti is a one-trick pony. Their beef creations are not to missed either. The beef tongue was a pleasant surprise. The veal is also another popular item. There’s no doubt I’ll be back soon. One heads up though, be prepared to enjoy these heavenly dishes over 3-4 hours. Like in Italy, what’s the hurry?!?!? Oh wait!!! Also don’t skip their desserts too!!!!
