Hualien City, Hualien County｜First Floor Caf'e壹樓 貓·咖啡

Can't believe I just discovered this place a week ago! Finally went in today and I am so glad that the typhoon did not stop me from going. Cozy atmosphere with a somewhat huge playroom for the cats, the pawsome four legged staffs (shiba and a toy poodle) definitely was a plus to this visit. The drinks were great, so was the charcoal waffle. The owner and the lady was super friendly and welcoming. I can tell they put in a lot of efforts in making this cafe successful by the choice of glassware (Bodum) they use :) will be back soon!

Every time I go to Hualien, I will definitely go to this place. The light food tastes good and tastes good, and there are freshly made juices. The signature cat in the store is its specialty.

Nice friendly place. Very pet friendly, Two beautiful cats and 2 cute dogs..🐕🐶 And they make a fabulous oreo waffle 😋
