This restaurent is very nicely decorated with the idea of nostalgic Taiwan. Everything in here is Taiwan back in time. loved every bit and I just had to take pictures of everything. the food is also very good. the service is also good and fast. I loved the soup. there were 2 dishes I didn't like like the veggies and the pork. overall would come again to try different dish.

We were visiting the children's art museum and then we walked to this restaurant. Minimum charge is 300 per adult and 150 per child. We got the set meal for 2 (not available on holidays). We were there on a weekday night at 5pm and we walked right in without a reservation. The food is as mentioned, very tasty. It's like elevated home cooked meal. Old timey taste. The soups were huge and we couldn't finish all the food. They had high chairs available and the service was prompt and helpful. There's a train you can fine in (but it was very hot when we were there) so we dined in the normal dining room. Cash only, nice for a visit for a blast from the past.

Very fun place to visit and dine in. The restaurant will bring you back to Taiwan in 1960s. The food was good and they welcome you walking around and taking photos.
