This restaurant should be in your list when you come to Gangshan, Kaohsiung! It sells so many variant of cuisine using Mutton, and you don't need to be anxious about the taste~ I could tell you every food here is so delicious! But, I only really hope that there is more parking area because the place to park the vehicles are too small. Hope that the parking area will be bigger next time I come here~

The mutton has less smell, and the meat tastes Q and not sticky. The mutton pot soup is rich but not greasy, and it complements a variety of ingredients. The main character in the pot is the skin-on mutton dipped in bean paste dipping sauce, which is very delicious. The bitter gourd mutton is amazing, and the bitter gourd that is boiled to taste is very exciting to eat with the medium-ripe mutton slices. The refreshing vetiver mixed with lamb tendon is also recommended. The special dish is fried mutton dumplings, the skin is thick and slightly hard, topped with Thai sweet and sour sauce, and the taste of the mouth is also impressive. The price is not expensive, the environment is comfortable, the food is served quickly, and the service efficiency is also high. A great place for family dinners.

I’m not usually a big fan of lamb, but after visiting, I may have to change my mind. The food was impeccably prepared, seasoned and served. Lamb hotpot is really something very special. If you’re going to Gangshan, go crazy here! 👍🏼👍🏼
