The well-known old Gangshan mutton restaurant was originally located on Shoutian Road and moved to Liuqiao West Road, and the original good taste remains unchanged. The mutton with skin is very tender and delicious. The spicy bean paste attached to the mutton goes well with the store. The soup is thick and sweet, and it will not dry your mouth even if you eat it in summer. The mutton noodles are cooked with shallots and garlic, which is salty and not greasy. The cold lamb tripe shreds are soaked in sour vinegar. It has a cool taste. It is eaten with shredded ginger, which makes people mouth-watering (Taiwanese). The fried mutton with sand tea is wet-fried. The sand tea is not dead salty. It is different from the mutton outside with mustard greens. The store uses rapeseed, which does not have the rough taste of mustard greens. The lamb and rapeseed are very good. I personally also recommend fried mutton with bitter gourd. The bitter gourd is not bitter, and it is very delicious!

May not be a fancy place, but the food was incredibly good, definitely a 5-star restaurant
