The place is well decorated with japanese contexts. All the seats are big and comfortable around the bar. The staff was really helpful and caring. I had lunch set menu with tea pairing and upgrade the Kamameshi. All the dishes were delicious, especially the Kamameshi and the goose. The bill was around 5900 NTD, which it wasn't cheap, but the flavor of the food and the quality are the top. I would definitely come back here again in the future. If you want to have Michelin experience, here is the place you should visit.

An excellent Omasake experience. The chef @shoichi_fujimoto greeted us with divine food and warm services. This restaurant offered us an open kitchen, so we saw how the chefs made our food in absolute focus and silence. This restaurant is definitely at least on par with Robuchon. 10/10 would recommend
