Wow is the expression for the food in this restaurant. The sashimi and nigiri there is just delicious, it is really authentic and the first bite of this food takes you back to japan. The slices of the sashimi is closed to 1cm thick and the marinate in the rice of the nigiri is exactly like the ones in japan. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cherry duck sushi. The doneness of the duck with the sauce drizzled of it and with the vinegar rice just takes you to another level of umami. Highly recommend this restaurant especially the cherry duck nigiri.

I forgot to eat ginger slices to refresh my taste buds after eating 10 pieces of sweet shrimp and peony shrimp. Causes no feeling after eating.
