If you want to taste authentic Hong Kong flavors, then Da Lao Kung Fu Dim Sum is definitely your best choice! The interior style here is also very similar to being in Hong Kong🇭🇰. 🍜 This time I ordered beef fried rice noodles, fried doll noodles, sticky rice chicken, drumstick in soy sauce, fried rice and lava buns. Every dish was delicious! The baked egg is also a must-try dish, with a very smooth texture. 👍 Overall, the dishes at Da Lao Kung Fu Dim Sum are very authentic and satisfying. If you want to taste authentic Hong Kong cuisine, this is definitely a place worth trying!

The place claims itself as Hong Kong cuisine. Can't confirm its authenticity but it tastes great anyway so who cares! Ordered some dimsum and fried noodles (牛肉河粉). Noodles has a sweet taste and seems to be using oyster sauce. Careful with the spicy option. Star of the show is the shaomai (燒賣) which is THICC. Full of meat and almost no skin. A bit pricy, though. You can easily spend NT$200 and still want to eat more.

Good hong Kong style dimsum. The boss is from Hong Kong. Reasonably priced compared to other dimsum joints in kaohsiung. Food is steaming hot and served quickly. Cute seating area.
