I had seen this store in Changsha before. I didn’t go there because there were too many choices. I saw it in Longzhimeng by chance and kept thinking about it. Finally I found a chance to eat mint. The storefront didn’t look too small, and the kitchen was pretty big. It's semi-open, and the ingredients are neatly stacked. When I walked in, I found that it was on two floors. It was actually quite big. There was also a private room on the second floor with a service bell. The waiters were very enthusiastic. They were very polite when taking seats and serving dishes, and they also clearly informed us of the dishes. Regarding food items, the sweet potato chips at the door are so delicious. Almost everyone orders the firewood-fired straw fish. The fish is prepared in advance and processed after the order is placed. It is fresh overall and tastes salty, with a strong sauce aroma and a bit of thorns. It’s a lot but acceptable. It’s not a big problem for two people to make a hand-shredded pole chicken. I’ve eaten hand-shredded chicken made from cured chicken before and couldn’t forget it. I thought it was cured chicken, but it’s actually just ordinary chicken. The container is a bit shabby and tastes bad.
