Very delicious~ I used to buy it frequently from one of my old stores, but recently I found that Dr. Gao also had it, so I came to buy it❤️ The process is to choose the noodle first. The noodle choices include yellow cold noodles, quinoa noodles, buckwheat noodles (my favorite), green algae noodles, and red dragon fruit noodles. After ordering, the boss will cook it freshly, but you need to wait for a while. While waiting, you can choose from eight kinds of side dishes. The side dishes may be a little different every day. For example, there is ice sweet potato at noon today, which feels very popular~ The sauces include spicy sauce, sesame sauce, Japanese sauce, lemon vinegar sauce, bonito sauce, and Thai hot and sour sauce. Among them, the Thai hot and sour style seems to be a new one, and I haven’t tried it yet. I want to try some in the future to see the new flavors😍
