Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung City｜徐記醬鴨-麵飯館

I am a big fan of 獅子頭 but there are a lot that aren't that good... These were among the best I've had in Taiwan -- big, tender but hold their shape, textured but not grainy or mealy, great flavor and texture -- I would order them again and I will visit next time and try more dishes!
